Suzanna Wood is a granddaughter of renowned arena sire Orphan Drift,  a full sister to the now retired OBRR sire, Driftin Pep San, and 3/4 sister to cornerstone broodmare Glitterwood. Sire Sonny Pep San, was a sire of true versatility, siring winners in every rodeo event and in the AQHA show arena. Dam, Chick E Wood, was a granddaughter of esteemed sire, Driftwood Ike, and of John Red, the first AAA horse in South Dakota, and sire of tough, fast, talented rodeo and arena horses. A son of Suzanna Wood, French Sugar Wood "Butter", recently won open 1-D barrel race in Texas, and qualified in poles for HS finals. She was foaled here, halterbroken when young, has been a range mare. Pasture breed.  Bred to Frosted Redwood for 2026.
